Information document according to Art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003

a) The personal data that you supply at the registration, requiring product and service information, marketing promotion, will be handled trough informatics and telecommunication procedure of Data base as following:

1.Final managerial, statistic, commercials, promotional, advertising, relative on Cargo Pak’s Snc service and products.

b) To refuse responding or not to give the consent, could imply the company not being able to give the user an answer.

c) The personal data communicated by you could be communicated and widespread as indicated in a) by Cargo Pak S.r.l. And also by all others companies owned by Cargo Pak S.r.l.

d) The personal data communicated by you could be handled, with respect to the point a) in this informative letter, also through fax, phone, without operator assistance, e-mail and other informatics systems such as computer based.

e) The user may exercise her/his rights at any time in respect of the person responsible for data-handling, according to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The user has also the right to ask for cancellation, transformation in anonym form or the block of personal data base, regarding advertising and direct sales or research on the market or commercial communication.

f) The owner of the data-handling is Cargo Pak S.r.l. - Via Filippo Binaschi 2/a  – 20082 Binasco (MI) Italy.

g) Your personal data will be stored in the offices of Cargo Pak S.r.l., located in Via dell’ Industria 45 – Casorate Primo (Pv).

h) The personal data communicated by you could be transferred abroad, inside the European unit, respecting the norm article 42 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003. The personal data communicated by you could be transferred abroad, outside the European unit respecting the norm: article 44 lett. b) of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.

In relation of above-mentioned, we specify that Cargo Pak S.r.l. can operate exclusive with subject “safe harbour”.
